Trick Or Treat This Haunted Library Event In Lufkin
The library was always one of my favorite places as a kid. It was one of the coolest spots in town.
They had the air conditioning pumping just right and displayed an array of interesting books. I would have loved to spend more time there, and now you can this Halloween season.
On Friday, October 25, 2024, the Kurth Memorial Haunted Library will come back to life. To be a part of this Lufkin, Texas event, stop by 706 South Raguet from 5 PM to 7 PM.
There Will Be Ghouls Among The Books At The Kurth Memorial Library
The Kurth Memorial Library will close early on Friday, October 25 at 2 PM while the employees set up the Haunted House. They will reopen at 5 PM for the event.
Bring the kids to the meeting room for trick or treat and crafts. There are a lot of Halloween events going on in the same area that night, so you might get to hit more than one.

There are lots of weekly events offered at our local library that you might be interested in. There are different events for kids and adults.
Family game night happens on the second Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM.
Dual language story time happens every Wednesday at 11 AM in the Children's Depot. Stop in for an English/Spanish all-ages story time every week.
