For those that have been anticipating Ford's redesigned Bronco, July 9 is a big day. It's also O.J. Simpson's birthday and honestly, it couldn't be more awkward.

Tomorrow marks the 26th anniversary of Simpson infamously driving a white Ford Bronco as police pursued him through Los Angeles after he was charged with the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.

As the news broke about Ford's reveal date, people started to put the two together. However, according to Mike Levine, Ford North America product communications manager, the date is going to remain the same.

“We’re going to reveal Bronco just like we said we would on July 9,” Levine told the Detroit Free Press.

Levine called the dates "purely coincidental".

Simpson turns 73 on July 9.

Just a side note: For those that are truly interested, leaked photos of Ford's Bronco have been leaked online. You can check them out by clicking here.
