No one wants to hear about drugs being used in their community, but we know that it happens, even here in Texas. Sure, there are law enforcement officers trying to stop illegal drug use but if people really want to do drugs, they will find a way to make it happen.  

It seems like cocaine is not one of the more popular drugs. It seems like the drugs always being talked about are meth and fentanyl. I will admit I don’t exactly keep up on drugs but most news stories I hear about aren’t talking about cocaine. It’s the deaths related to fentanyl and how meth is destroying different areas due to heavy usage. 

Recent Article Discussing Cocaine in East State 

There was new research that was released by the National Survey on Drug Use and Health surveying people over the age of 18 and found that Texas ranked 45th out of all 50 states when it comes to using cocaine.

Which means it’s not very popular here, which is a good thing. Texas had the second lowest usage numbers among states in the South, behind Arkansas. 

What State Is Highest for Cocaine Use? 

Talk about things you should not be proud to talk about, but there is one state that has a higher rate of cocaine use than any other and that would be the state of Colorado. I would have thought they would have been happy with their legal cannabis. But I guess the people in Colorado are familiar with white power beyond just the ski slopes.
