Komen Race For The Cure Is Tomorrow Rain Or Shine

The Komen Tyler Race For The Cure is tomorrow morning at Bergfeld Park in Tyler. More than 4,000 people have registered to enter the race to help find a cure for breast cancer and today is the last day to preregister by stopping by Brookshires on Rice Rd. in Tyler from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

If you can't make it by to register early your final chance to register is tomorrow morning as race day registration begins at 6:30 a.m. at Bergfeld Park.

The forecast for race day looks like it could be a little tricky as showers, thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected. In the event it is raining at race time tomorrow, THE RACE WILL GO ON!

In the event there are extreme circumstances, the race could be called off and all registrations will be used as donations to the Komen Tyler Race For The Cure as refunds will not be issued.

Something new on race day this year is, Dine Out Saturday For The Cure!  You can support Komen Tyler by dining out at any of the following restaurants on Saturday and they will donate a portion of their sales on Saturday to Komen Tyler.
