David and Sabrina Kimbley are each charged with 13 counts of child endangerment and abandonment after they were indicted following a Child Protective Services hearing Thursday afternoon. Both are being held on bonds totaling $1 million.

The cause of Jacob Kimbley’s death is still unknown. Preliminary autopsy results were inconclusive, and more tests are being done to try and determine how the child died.

Jacob went missing following a game of hide and seek. His body was discovered in the septic tank after a day-long search on the couple’s property.
