Adrenaline Overload: Watch This Boat Go Full Missile Mode
(Mix 93-1) There are those people who seek out and thrive on adrenaline, and then there are the rest of us. The adrenaline rush thrill seekers are a one-of-a-kind type of person.
They may enjoy the sensation of speed, height, or extreme danger. In this instance, this thrill-seeking pair got to feel all three at the same time and live to tell about their experience.
An event called Desert Storm Shugrue's Shootout happened last Saturday (April 26th) on Lake Havasu in Arizona, and during this event, a speedboat operator was attempting to set a new record by becoming the fastest boat on water.

As you can imagine, it didn't go as planned, but they were successful, though.
The speedboat attempting the new record ended up going airborne, flipping, and diving back into the water with the two men inside. Thankfully, both survived the ordeal that has now gone viral.
Speedboat goes airborne and crashes
Officials from Speedboat Magazine say that the driver and throttleman of American One were taken to the hospital for examination after the boat crashed at speeds of over 200 mph.
The pair from Freedom One Racing were attempting to break the record and set a new one just before the boat turned into a plane, or better yet, a missile.
Despite going airborne and crashing, the racing team did win the competition and were clocked in traveling 200.1 mph as they crossed the finish line, according to a statement from Speedboat Magazine Publisher Ray Lee via the Associated Press.

I say thanks, but no thanks. I'll get my adrenaline rush by riding the roller coasters at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, or sit at home and watch Formula One racing from Dubai on ESPN or something like that.
