States With the Best Food, Texas Not at Number 1?

I’m not sure what kind on nonsense is going on around here but someone got a few things wrong about the great state of Texas. So, let me give you a little back story on this one. Recently there was a list created by Far & Wide ranking the U.S. States that have the absolute best food. Seeing how Texas has the best, I thought it would be fun to see everyone who ranks behind Texas and that is where the errors first begin.

The article discussing the best food in each state is new, so it was even more exciting as I thought there was no way that someone could not put Texas at number one, but I was wrong. I am happy to report that Texas made the Top 5 list but to say that Texas doesn’t have the best food in the country is just a mistake and hopefully at some point Far & Wide decides to recreate this list and top Texas in the top spot.  

Texas Deserves to be #1 

With Texas not only having the best BBQ but then you add the amazing Mexican, Seafood, and Cajun dishes readily available, this should have been easy to say that Texas is number one. As you can tell, I am not impressed with the state they chose as having the best food in the country.
