It's the question that comes up about this time every year, when do we spring forward our clocks?!

I think the real question here is: does Texas need it?

Here recently I've noticed that the sun has been coming up later and that got me to wondering when does the time change this fall!

What day are we springing our clocks forward because of the time change?

Those of us who are sleep deprived can rejoice a bit this weekend, because we will all be receiving an extra hour of sleep!

We've got to spring forward one hour this weekend, and that has a tendency to mess up family life. The experts have some advice for parents on how to help kids deal with the beginning of Daylight Savings Time on Sunday.

Here lately I've noticed the days are getting a little longer, and soon there will be some light left for us to play outside with the kids! But as Spring and Summer approach, getting to enjoy the longer daylight means we've got to go through a little growing pain by losing an hour of sleep this weekend.

Daylight Saving Time ended at 2 a.m. on Sunday, and thankfully my smartphone, tablet and computer all automatically reset. The analog clocks are still not reset at my house.

We'll be saying goodbye to daylight saving time this weekend and as we do that, we'll be gaining an extra hour of sleep!

Prepare to lose an hour of sleep this weekend, when you spring forward, because daylight saving time begins at 2:00 a.m. this Sunday, March 9th.

If you've fallen a little behind on sleep, then this is the weekend you look forward to every year because we're all getting an extra hour of sleep this weekend as daylight saving time comes to an end.
