Gavin Degraw has been out of the hospital for a week, and continues to recover at home after a brutal attack on the streets of New York while he was out with friends. Reports say he suffered a broken nose, concussion, and cuts and bruises.  As he tried to get away from the attackers, he was hit by a cab.

Police have pretty much papered the East Village in New York City with flyers looking for tips on the guys that beat up Gavin Degraw last week. Over the weekend Gavin DeGraw was attacked and ended up in the hospital with injuries while in New York City.  According to his rep, who told ABC News Radio, "Gavin DeGraw was assaulted late Sunday night and was taken to the emergency room at Bellevue Hospital by ambulance.  He is currently under observation." On July 22nd, Maroon 5 and Train will kick off their North American tour in Chula Vista, California. The tour includes 40 cities before wrapping up on Sept. 24th in Houston, Texas.
