Mix 93-1 and Cooperative Teachers Credit Union are proud to honor and recognize outstanding East Texas teachers for the amazing job they are doing in the classroom when it comes to educating the students of East Texas.

This week's Mix 93-1 Teacher Of The Week is:

Mr. Bryant - Kilgore Intermediate School

Mr. Bryant is a math intervention teacher at Kilgore Intermediate School in Kilgore. He has been teaching East Texas students for nearly 35 years. Mr. Bryant was nominated by one of his peers who had this to say about him:

Mr. Bryant is an amazing teacher who helps Kilgore students. As a math intervention teacher he helps students understand the math concepts that they may not grasp and he's able to give specialized help to those students who may need it. He also works with the KIS Student Council to host school dances and service projects for the community. He is definitely one of the BEST and deserves recognition!"
