Texas Man on Most Wanted List for Groping Young Girl

There is a special place in Texas for adults who want to prey on children, that place is called prison.  

Like most people in Texas, it makes me extremely angry to hear about child predators in our home state, but there is one that was just added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List and he needs to be captured immediately. 

Who is the Fugitive? 

According to KHOU, Carlos Jose Ayala Morales is a convicted child predatory wanted in connection to a groping case in Harris County. It’s because of this that he was added to the most wanted list. 

What Crime Was Committed? 

According to police Ayala Morales who is 43 years old, groped a 7-year-old girl as she was walking home from school in Woodland Heights. 

He has not be arrested for this and law enforcement wants to find him and get him behind bars quickly. 

He Has Been to Prison Before This Latest Charge 

In 2017 Ayala Morels was sent to prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting multiple young Houston-area girls.  

He was released from prison a year ago. 

He is still a suspect in at least 10 other sexual assault cases involving children in Houston and Harris County from 2014 to 2017. 

Ayala Morales is a native of Honduras but became a U.S. citizen.  

Houston police are asking parents to talk to their children about precautions when walking to and from school.
