Texas Rangers Fans Can Score Free Fries At Select McDonald’s

I can remember sitting on the hot metal bleacher seats at Arlington Stadium in the 1980s, watching the Texas Rangers with my grandfather.

Catching a game with him was special. He would grab us some hot dogs and Coke's and we'd unshell some peanuts too! The one thing we missed out was catching a fly or foul ball. They never did come our way.

Since going to my first game with him, the Texas Rangers have since played in two new stadiums. I wished he'd live long enough to see this current stadium with all of its comforts out from underneath the scorching North Texas sun and high humidity on those metal bleachers.

Opening Day for Major League Baseball's 2025 season is Thursday, March 27th. Twenty-eight of the 30 MLB teams will be in action on the same day.

To get ready for the 2025 baseball season some Texas Rangers former players will be embarking on a promo tour across the Dallas-Fort Worth area meeting fans and reliving some great memories at area McDonald locations.

Beginning Tuesday, March 18th, and continuing through March 26th, two Texas Rangers alumni will be making special appearances along with the Texas Rangers Six Shooters Squad or Rangers Captain at select McDonald's locations.

During the event, fans will get to meet Rangers legends, get their autographs, and celebrate the start of the 2025 season.

Fans showing their Texas Rangers support in Rangers gear will receive a free order of fries and a Coke from McDonald's.

The Texas Rangers will take on the Boston Red Sox at home on Thursday, March 27th with the first pitch being thrown out at 3:05 at Globe Life Field in Arlington. It'll be the first game of a consecutive four-game series at home.
