The Goo Goo Dolls + Daughtry To Play Super Bowl Kickoff Spectacular

The Big Game is set for Sunday February 2, but the festivities are set to start the Monday before as the Goo Goo Dolls and Daughtry rock the Super Bowl Kickoff Spectacular from Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Expect more acts to be announced soon to join the in the event which will air at 7 p.m. CT on Fox Sports 1. In addition to the music, Jordin Sparks will be reporting from Macy's flagship store at New York City's Herald Square during the show. Sparks will contribute Super Bowl food and fashion segments, and Macy's is set to provide a huge fireworks display as part of their partnership with the event.

The following Sunday two teams will take the field to slug it out for the title, and we'll see Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers perform at halftime.
