“The House that Built Me” is up for sale in Lindale, Texas. Miranda Lambert and her parents are selling their Lindale estate.

Miranda Lambert Lists Her Texas Estate for $1.6 Million

Country music icon Miranda Lambert is saying goodbye to her Texas roots. The 42-year-old superstar, along with her parents, Beverly and Rick Lambert, have officially listed their 24.9-acre estate in Lindale, Texas, for $1.59 million. According to MSN, this isn't just any property; the compound represents the "house that built her," encompassing both her childhood home and the very first house she purchased as an adult.

Home is Where the Heart Is

The property is a unique combination of two distinct residences that played major roles in the singer’s life.

"The Big House": A 4,643-square-foot primary residence where Lambert lived from ages 14 to 21.

"The Pink House": The small home next door that Miranda purchased with the proceeds from her first major record deal.

Rustic Charm Meets Modern Luxury

The main residence is a 103-year-old former dairy farm with an open floor plan,  dark hardwood flooring and textured walls. The gourmet kitchen features an island and state-of-the-art appliances. The Primary Suite includes a soaking tub positioned perfectly to capture views of the Texas landscape.

The View Outside

Beyond the four-bedroom main house, the property offers over 2,500 square feet of outdoor living space, including a brick courtyard and an outdoor kitchen. The grounds are amazing, featuring a stocked three-acre pond, a 100-yard shooting range, three RV hook-ups, and a metal warehouse with additional living quarters.

From Hardship to Heritage

When Miranda was young, her parents found the Lindale fixer-upper, which lacked central heating and required significant work. Today, Lambert’s primary residence is a 400-acre retreat in Tennessee. Following her 2015 divorce from Blake Shelton, she moved to the Nashville area.

The 400-Acre Tennessee Farm (Primm Springs)

Miranda bought the Tennessee property located an hour south of Nashville in 2016 for around $3.4 million.

Residential Layout: The property features three separate residences, including a 3,445-square-foot main house and two rustic guest cabins. One cabin is linked to the other via a wood footbridge over a stream.

The "Pretty B*tchin' Kitchen": A focal point of her home often seen on social media, the kitchen features turquoise-colored appliances (including a vintage-style refrigerator)

The View Outside

The "Magic Porch": Lambert has famously dubbed her porch as her favorite songwriting spot, offering views of the rolling hills.

Outdoor Amenities: The property is a true working farm with 75 acres of fenced pastureland, horse stables with high-end cast-iron gates and chandeliers, and a six-bay equipment garage. It also includes a private lake with a boathouse, lighted walking trails, and a creek-side pavilion with a stage that can seat 60 guests for private concerts.

The Nashville Mansion (Forest Hills)

While Lambert is now focused on her rural farm, she previously owned a much more public-facing mansion in the exclusive Forest Hills neighborhood of Nashville.

The Property: A 5,800-square-foot estate featuring five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. This home was known for its "songwriting porch," double-island chef’s kitchen, and a home theater.
