Right now for sale through the government auction site gsaauctions.gov is a 1997 ATR 42-500. The current bid as of this writing is $25,000. $25,000? Ok, I'm no plane expert but that seems a little low.

It was last flown December of 2016 so I would assume it's still in good flying shape.

Insides look pretty decent, too.
