Tyler City Council recently approved initial plans for an arts and innovation center in downtown. The S.A. Lindsey Building was gifted to the City of Tyler in 2010 by the R.W. Fair Foundation and the Fair Estate, and will see the first four floors renovated into an arts and innovation center.
