3 Texas College Football Teams Make Tailgate Party Top 30 List
Although college football fans aren't that happy about the upcoming Thanksgiving matchup schedule, in Texas we always find something to brag about. Living in the Lone Star State just makes you want to compete.
Three Texas colleges just made a list of most popular colleges for tailgate parties. According to Betway.com they made the list by finding the colleges with the most popular fanbase.
Then they utilized online chatter to find the most talked about tailgate parties online. The results are in and we came in at number 2, 19, and number 30 in Texas.
Tailgating Culture Continues To Grow In Texas
The University of Texas in Austin ranked number 2 on the list right under the University of Alabama for tailgating. If you have ever been in an Austin hotel the night before a game there is always a sea of orange in the lobby. Hook 'em Horns!
Texas Tech University in Lubbock made the list at number 19. Being near the game when the masked rider takes the field is enough for diehard Tech fans. Guns Up!
Texas A&M University came in at number 30. Aggies embrace their school spirit with tailgate traditions like the "Midnight Yell" and group cookouts. Gig 'em, Aggies!
