Applications for Annual Kidd’s Kids Trip to Disney Are Being Accepted Now

It is absolutely one of the most rewarding things Mix 93-1 does each year, help send children who have a chronic or terminal illness to Walt Disney World in Florida on an all-expense paid trip with their immediate family members with the Kidd's Kids trip!

This five-day vacation is 100-percent funded by the generous listeners of the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show and Mix 93-1. It is very special because the child's parents and siblings get to go along for the trip as well.

The whole family unit benefits from this time of bonding. Joining the families on the trip are specialized doctors and nurses who assist these families with their medical needs while on the trip (because their illness doesn't go away while on the trip, if it did we'd send more and more kids there!).

This year's trip is scheduled for Nov. 19-23, and these families are going to be in for a treat of their lives. Airfare is covered, lodging is covered, park admission is covered, all meals are covered, souvenirs are covered.

I think we mentioned everything is covered, including special VIP treatment on the rides and at the shows, too! The only thing that is missing are these special children right now.

If you know of a child who suffers from a chronic or terminal illness and is between the ages of 5 and 12, nominate them now. You can download the application from the Kidd's Kids website and nominate your special child or one who you know for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
