Faulkner Skate Park Grand Opening Coming July 13!

When I was a kid, if you were to have asked me to name one of the favorite past-times of those whom I considered to be the coolest kids (or adults) around, skating would've been at or near the top of the list. I have to say I guess I feel the same way now as a quite grown woman. Although I've never been super-gifted myself in this realm, I love the skating sports--all extreme sports really. So, how cool is it that one of our East Texas cities is getting a new skate park? In my opinion, VERY.

You may want to tell Siri or your digital assistant of choice to remind you of Saturday, July 13 at 10 a.m. That's the scheduled grand opening of the Faulkner Skate Park with the City of Tyler’s Parks and Recreation Department. You can find it at 410 Cumberland Road.
