You're shared so much information with Facebook, here's how you can find out what other's know about you now.

Facebook has been in the news quite a bit in the last week or so with reports of data and privacy breaches with third party companies and now it's widely known that the social media giant has been logging the phone calls and text messages of Android phone users and in some cases even listening in on phone calls. All of this revealing information has come at a cost though, stock prices for Facebook have tumbled and your information is being used in ways you never thought would have been used.

There is a way to see the information though that you (most likely unknowing) shared not only with Facebook, but third party apps too.

To check this out follow these easy steps:

1. Go to your settings.
Click the little black down arrow in the upper right hand corner at the top of your feed page.

2. Click on the 'general' account settings.
This should automatically pop up after hitting the arrow, if not, look for 'general' along the left hand side of the page

3. Click on 'download a copy of your Facebook data.

This report will take a few minutes to populate with all kinds of information that Facebook and other advertisers have collected about you. An email will be sent to your associated email address once the report has been generated.
