You know you're having a bad day when you injur yourself, but it's a triple bad day when suffer from three injuries the same day.

J-Si had a really bad Monday, because not only did he twist his ankle at a ninety degree angle, he also split a toe nail going up the stairs and later his shin was introduced to the dishwasher door that was open.
