Mix 93-1 and Half Price Books are proud to recognize outstanding East Texas teachers!

This week's recipient is Mrs. Read of West Rusk Junior High School.

Mix 93-1 and Half Price Books are proud to recognize Mrs. Read, an 8th grade math teacher at West Rusk Junior High for being named the Mix 93-1 Teacher Of The Week. We thank two of her students for submitting Mrs. Read to be recognized for what she's doing at West Rusk Junior High. Here's what they had to say about her:

She is constantly offering after school tutorials to improve our learning ability she make sure every child meets his/her needs. She is a hero and i think she deserves to be recognized because she is a hard working teacher and doesn't know how appreciated she is.

 

She turns our lesson in to a non-boring class she is a really fun teacher. She makes me want to look forward to math class. She make ways we can remember things easier so things aren't as confusing for us. I Honestly think she should deserves an award because she helped me after school for hours and stayed with me until 6 pm for my dad to pick me up and we really bonded.
