Run For the Woods April 13 in Tyler

Andy Woods Elementary PTA is excited to announce their 9th annual Run for the Woods, and first ever Color Run!

The event is set for Saturday, April 13, and registration is already underway.

Whether or not you are a runner, you can find something to participate in this year.

On-site you'll find food, coffee, snow cones, a silent auction, vendors, bounce houses, and face painting. There is enough to entertain the whole family, so make sure you join in for a "colorful" day of fun!

7:30 a.m. Registration
8:15 a.m. 50 yard dash (no registration required-kids 5th grade & under)
8:20 a.m. 5k
8:25 a.m 1 mile

Both the 5K and 1 mile run will circle the school in the surrounding neighborhood. First, second and third place awards will be given for each age group for the 1 mile and 5K runs. All 50 yard dash participants will receive a certificate. You must be present to receive your award.
