Ms. Chandler of Jacksonville ISD Is Mix 93-1s Teacher Of The Week

Mix 93-1 and Cooperative Teachers Credit Union are proud to honor and recognize outstanding East Texas teachers for the amazing job they are doing in the classroom when it comes to educating the students of East Texas.

This week's Mix 93-1 Teacher Of The Week is:

Ms. Chandler - Nichols Intermediate - Jacksonville

Ms. Chandler is a 5th grade science teacher at Nichols Intermediate School in Jacksonville. Ms. Chandler was nominated by a peer who had this to say about her:

Ms. Chandler is very passionate about her job and puts in a lot of time and energy to make certain her students receive the best education possible. She works many long hours after the students have left, grading and preparing for the next day. She is always willing to help students when they are struggling, taking precious time out of her down periods that she has to use for planning and prepping. She is a true example of an excellent educator.
