The annual Mix 93-1, Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon is happening Thursday and Friday, August 12th and 13th.

Again this year Mix 93-1, CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital, and Pratt Homes will be asking for your support by making a donation to the Children's Miracle Network Radiothon to support pediatric services and to help to improve the lives of East Texas children.

During the two day radiothon, Mix 93-1's Lucky Larry and Mandee Montana will continue playing the hit music that you come to expect while listening to Mix 93-1, but we're also going to bring you some stories of incredible East Texas children that have overcome some overwhelming obstacles in their lives. Thanks to your prior support of the Mix With Kids Children's Miracle Network Radiothon, you have helped to provide funding for some highly advanced and technologically advanced equipment for these children. During this years' radiothon we'll also introduce you to some special children who have over come some terrifying odds and are now thriving while, unfortunately, updating you on some who might have lost their battle with their terminal condition. Thanks to your support though, you helped improved their quality of life as they fought a valiant fight.

This year's radiothon will be Thursday, August 12th and Friday, August 13th. It kicks off each day during The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show and continues until 6 p.m. We understand and realize this is a difficult time for a lot of families and supporters of the Children's Miracle Network because of the ongoing pandemic, but at the same time we continue to see the need for premiere medical care for our children. Every single dollar that is donated to the radiothon will go on to be used in many different ways to improve life - whether its used to purchase equipment to treat children in:

• an emergency room setting
• a pediatric clinic
• a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
• Flight For Life transportation
• ambulance service
• pediatric unit at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital
• special needs clinic
• and other areas of the hospital

As we introduce you to these special children and their families, we will ask you to call in and support the Children's Miracle Network through a donation. EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR DONATED WILL STAY HERE IN EAST TEXAS! Whether it is a one time donation or you become a Mix Miracle Maker, YOU WILL be making a difference in the lives of East Texas children.
