When spring arrives in East Texas, so do the festivals! East Texas will celebrate just about everything this spring - flowers, trees, vegetables, food, animals, music - there's a festival for nearly everything and we wouldn't have it any other way! ATV Mud Nationals

Tyler Azalea and Spring Flower Trail
March 16 - April 01Tyler's Azalea District - Tyler, TX
Dating back to the 1930's, the Tyler Azalea and Spring Flower Trail has a deep history within the city. Each year millions of azalea blooms burst with vibrant color along nearly 10 miles of trails that meander through Tyler's Azalea District. Accessible by vehicle or foot, visitors from around the city, county, state and nation will be treated to these colorful blooms along with other spring flowers that have been perfectly manicured by their owners. Dogwood Trails Celebration
March 23 - April 8Palestine, Texas
Celebrating the beautiful blooms on the dogwood trees each week, the Palestine area will be bursting with beauty and visitors for a three week period! The driving trails featuring the dogwoods meander throughout Palestine and each weekend there are special events planned featuring car shows, wine tasting, rodeo, train excursions and much more. April In Edom
April 21 & 22Downtown Edom - Edom, Texas
Art comes to life in Edom each spring with April In Edom. More that 125 vendors will be on hand showcasing their handmade crafts, vintage items and more. The festival also features folk music from three different stages, a 5k run, children's play area, pet parade and some great food too! The best thing about this festival is that it's FREE! Red Dirt BBQ + Music Festival
May 5Downtown Tyler - Tyler, Texas
This festival is all about barbecue and music! Celebrating its fifth year in downtown Tyler, the Red Dirt BBQ + Music Festival will feature smoked meats from twenty five of the best BBQ joints from around the great state of Texas! Once the sun starts to set on downtown Tyler the live music kicks in from some of the biggest names in Red Dirt country music on the brick streets of downtown Tyler. Tomato Fest

Celebrating the fruit that is most commonly used as a vegetable, the tomato is front and center in Jacksonville on June 9th! The festival features a homemade salsa contest, tomato peeling contest, packing contest, and so many more tomato themed contests! There's a 5k, street dance, farmers market, vendor booths and so much more happening in downtown.
