This week's recipient is Mrs. Henderson of White Oak High School in White Oak.

Mix 93-1 and Half Price Books are proud to recognize Mrs. Henderson, a biology teacher at White Oak High School in White Oak. Mrs. Henderson was nominated by a student who had this to say:

She actually made learning about biology fun. Her overall attitude makes you feel like she cares and no matter how difficult the students are she never gets mad. I have a lot of respect for her, because she’s the only teacher that made learning enjoyable by just learning about the subject. Lastly she’s committed to science UIL and works to keep us on track for obtaining the most points, while taking time out of her day to help us.
